Basic Solutions™ Supports American Women in Radio and Television’s Southern California Chapter (AWRT SoCal) with Genii Awards Sponsorship

LOS ANGELES, CA – Basic Solutions™ is supporting the 51st annual Genii Awards on June 13, 2007 at the Renaissance Hollywood Hotel. The gala will raise scholarship funds for students and for educational programs related to radio, television and the allied fields. Basic Solutions, a contract packaging and private label manufacturer of health and beauty products, salutes the mission of AWRT: "To promote progress and create change".

The Genii Awards honors individuals who have made exemplary contributions to the industry. This year’s recipients include: Doris Roberts from Everybody Loves Raymond; Sue Johenning from Initative Media; Ellen K of KIIS-FM; Andrea Stoltzman from CBS2 and Robin Bertolucci of KFI-AM. The Tracey Miller Merit Award for Outstanding Achievement by a Chapter Member will go to CBS' Cristy Trembly.

Basic Solutions™ Readies its Talent Arsenal

CHATSWORTH, CA – Basic Solutions™, motivated by the timely addition of a talented team member, sees big opportunities ahead for the contract packaging and private label manufacturing company.

With Technical Director, Drugs and Cosmetics Timothy K. Crawford at the reigns the company has aggressively taken on many new private label relationships in the past year. Since Crawford’s arrival Basic Solutions™ has launched four NBE (National Brand Equivalent) products for nation-wide distribution in the last year with a fifth due out in December.

Crawford joined the company this past year bringing with him well recognized clout in research and development circles. With over twenty years of formulating experience, and thirteen years in management positions, Crawford hardly suffered from a shortage of companies clamoring for his skill set and expertise. His experience with skin care, color cosmetics, hair care, bath, body, and OTC products opened countless doors for Basic Solutions™’ future endeavors.

When asked about what he sees on the horizon for the company, Crawford effused, "The future is looking very bright for Basic Solutions™. The team here has a lot of heart.
